I've made it home ~ It's been a pretty amazing year in the US. A lot of ups and downs, but I've done things now I may never have the opportunity to do again. Dragon*Con and NYCC were both amazing, as was dressing up in Walt Disney World and Harry Potter World (to do this!). I was able to tour Disney's creative costuming department (I saw Thor's underwear!), do a backstage tour of the Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain, work on Main St and spread Disney magic everyday. :D Have a lot of dreams/plans for the new year, but I'm also skint broke. xD Luckily I've already bought the fabric for a few costumes, but I may be pretty limited in travelin

Hello all! It's been a while (and a rather action-packed while at that). Just got home from Dragon*Con, which went something like this: The con itself was such a surreal experience. Four day cons? That go until like 3am? And start up at 9 or 10am the next day? Across five hotels? With people everywhere and faces you've only seen online or heard of, and a thousand things happening at once and and and....phew. It was amazing. I'm completely desperate to come back one day. Hi there! It's been a while so I thought I'd drop by to say a few words - mainly that I'm safe and sound in the US, working hard for the Mouse and loving every minute of it. It feels like no matter how much we do there will always be more to explore here, so we're staying very busy. In my spare moments (god I haven't had those in years) I'm practicing my meagre skills in photography and photoshop, so you may see some results trickle onto DA from that area.
